    Please note for move-out cleans, extras such as oven, inside cabinets, windows etc still need to be selected.We strongly recommend the "Deep Clean" extra for when your house has not been fully cleaned for more then 4-6 weeks to allow us extra time to remove built up dust/dirt/grime.

    We generally ask for a one hour window of arrival. If you are leaving the key, please select the larger window of time to help us plan.If you require an exact arrival time, please make a note in the comments below and we will confirm with you prior to your booking date

    Please note that bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the booking time will incur a $50 fee. This fee increases to 50% of the job value when done after 5pm the day prior to the service.
